At Calvin, we offer a variety of musical opportunities for students to explore and develop their talents through band and choir programs.
 

Beginning Band
Open to 5th-grade students, Beginning Band occurs during the school day where students learn the beginning steps of reading music and playing instruments. Students in this group perform at the fall and spring concerts.

Middle School Band
Open to 6th-8th grade students with prior experience on their instrument, Middle School Band provides both full band and sectional instruction, offered during school hours. The band performs at the fall and spring concerts and also competes in local regional competitions

Choir
Open to Middle School students (6th-8th grade), Choir is a middle school music course. Students will practice during the day and perform at the fall and spring concerts.

Chorus
Open to 3rd-5th grade students, Chorus meets after school for practice and performs at both the fall and spring concerts.
